At BATIXPRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for subscription plans within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have made excessive use of the service during the trial period.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@batixpro.com with your account details. We will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: custom development services, technical support beyond standard support, overage charges, and purchases made more than 14 days ago.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months unless within the 14-day refund window.
6. Exceptions
BATIXPRO reserves the right to deny refunds for fraudulent transactions, terms of service violations, or excessive service abuse.
7. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, BATIXPRO reserves the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved.
